One advert per establishment StayHalaal will only accept one establishment listing per account. If a user has more than one establishment and would like it advertised on StayHalaal.co.za they would be required to complete another registration form. Halaal verification Every establishment advertising on StayHalaal should attempt to verify their Halaal status by either sending us a copy of their Halaal certificate or alternatively confirm where their meat products are being purchased and that they do not serve Alcohol. Payments The annual advertising fee is payable on invoice. Once your establishment has been placed online you will be invoice and given 36 hours to make payment. Should it be necessary for us to take legal action due to non-payment of your account, you will be responsible for all legal fees incurred. Annual renewal Your advert will remain on the StayHalaal.co.za website for the duration of one complete year. You will be reminded about a month prior to expiry in order to renew your advertisement. Early Cancellations Early cancellations are not eligible for any refund and advertisements cannot be "changed" from one property to another property during the advertising period, nor can advertisements be "put on hold" and then re-instated again at a later time. Copyright & Ownership StayHalaal.co.za reserves the right to make changes, as and when they are deemed necessary, to any part of the website as well as advert space. StayHalaal shall be entitled to reproduce part or whole of any photographic material supplied by the advertiser in the promotion of the advertiser’s establishment or that of StayHalaal Not booking agents StayHalaal does not handle any bookings on behalf of any establishment. Our purpose is to provide information of Halaal establishment, their facilities, pictures and contact details. Affiliation We are not affiliated to any establishments or travel and tour operators which are advertised on StayHalaal.co.za |
