5th Avenue Lodge was established by Mogamat Noer & Fatima Essop. They opened doors on the 1st December 2007 and since then have gained a steady reputation for the quality of their lodge and services. And this only in a mere few months. Involved in the tourism and transport industry for the past 17 years, they came to learn the different needs of clients and decided that a self catering accommodation in the Rondebosch East area would improve their existing business. Today, 5th Avenue lodge is an upmarket 4 star accommodation and is designed for you and your family to enjoy all the comforts away from your own home. It is fully equipped with all the luxury appliances in the kitchen, LCD TV, PVR, DSTv, DVD, Security cameras, Alarm, rapid response and wireless internet. We also have a lovely outdoor entertainment area with braai facilities. A daily cleaning service is offered except on Sundays and Public holidays. Secure parking for two cars is also available. Airport transfers as well as day trips and shopping trips can be arranged at minimal extra cost. 5th Avenue Lodge is a 10 min drive away from the major shopping malls V&A Waterfront, Canal Walk, Cavendish Square and Tyger Valley centre. We are near the M5 Highway which take you to all the major beaches, 5 minutes away from the famous Newlands Cricket and Rugby grounds and close to the University of Cape Town and all major schools. We also have our mosques and churches near by.
